3. Copying commercial software is in violation of copyright law.
4. Use of this service to harass other users or to interfere with their work is prohibited.
5. Individuals have the full responsibility for the use of their account, and, under no conditions should this account or password be shared with any other person.
6. The Internet is a free service with limited capacity. Commercial services are available. If a commercial service is selected, any additional costs that may be incurred are the responsibility of the owner of the account.
7. The library is not responsible for any damages suffered from loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by misuse or system failure or your errors or omissions.
8. The library does not accept responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. It is the responsibility of the individual to verify the integrity and authenticity of the information used.
9. Vandalism, such as any malicious attempt to harm or destroy data of another user, uploading or creation of computer viruses, or any deliberate attempts to degrade or disrupt system performance will result in cancellation of privileges.
10. Any user’s traffic that crosses another network may be subject to that network’s acceptable use policy.
